Pesto –Ayurvedic Stayna recipe for firmer and fuller breasts

Scientifically speaking, there really is no proven way to naturally enhance bust size through what you eat, which in turn makes finding recipes for firmer and fuller breasts possibly lead to false promises and untrue statements about the results you can get. It is unfortunate that this is the case, but going under the knife for plastic surgery is the only surefire way to achieve a bigger cup size. Ingredients for Stanya recipe:
3 tbsp of flaxseeds
1/4 cup of walnuts
4 cups of fresh packed parsley leaves
2 cloves of garlic (also helps in increasing breast blood circulation)
1 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil
1/3 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of water
3/4 tsp of sea salt
1/4 tsp of ground pepper

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. While the oven is preheating, toast the walnuts in the oven until they are crisp, which should take roughly seven minutes.
3. In the bowl of the food processor, combine the walnuts and the flaxseeds and process them together until the seeds are crushed and ground.
4. Add the olive oil, parsley, garlic, parmesan, pepper, salt, and 1/2 cup of water.
5. Puree entire mixture until it has a smooth and thick consistency.

This great pesto is extremely versatile in the dishes it can be used in for recipes for fuller and firmer and breasts. One use for the pesto is to toss it with angel hair pasta or linguine. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and salt, and you have a great dish for lunch or dinner.

Some Ayurvedic beauty practitioners advise to use the pesto as a spread for a sandwich with chicken, fresh tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese (these all fall under Stanya category). The best part is that the pesto is easily stored for up to a week in the refrigerator or up to a month in the freezer in a well-sealed container. The flaxseed in the pesto is great for breast health, and is one small thing you can do amongst many to take care of your body.
